Need Graphics Card for New Build

So, I need to buy a graphics card for my new computer, but I'm not sure which one to get.

I have a budget of £200. I cannot go any higher than that, at all.

What's the best graphics card I can get without bottlenecking my computer or whatever? I'm fairly new to all this, so forgive me.

Intel Core i3-3220 3.30GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor (77W)
ASRock B75M Intel B75 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Micro ATX Motherboard
GeIL Black Dragon 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C9 1333MHz Dual Channel Kit

You could pick up a very nice 7870 XT for £200. They can overclock to perform at 7950 levels too.

As said above, make sure your PSU is up to the job.

I believe it's full case. I've had it for a while, but it's pretty standard. Is that an issue? I'm a newb. It will fit, right?

And I was planning on picking the PSU after I figure out what GPU I want, so that I can buy an appropriate one.

I think that the 7870 "might" bottleneck the i3 from what I have heard. I would still go for it because when you upgrade, you can buy a stronger platform (Like a 1150, AM3+ or next Gen) and crossfire the 7870 XT with another one If you OC both of them, It will be like a 2 7950's.

1x HIS 7950. No point getting anything faster unless you decide to upgrade your cpu as you will be bottlenecked.
