couple of questions i have a e6750 and im ocing it whats the max temp i should go ? also is there a rule when doing the memory timeing like mine is 4,4,4,12 now could i do like 3,4,2,10 or dose the first 3 have to be the same ? what ? last can i oc my memory over the 1:1 ratio with my cpu say my fsb was 1600 and my mem is 800 can i oc the memory without touching the fsb or do u have to ?

70c max I would feel comfortable with under 100% load.
You may be able to lower the CAS to 3 if you have good ram but if you are increasing the bandwidth then you will most likely have to raise the CAS to 5.
The easiest way of overclocking the ram is via fsb. You can lower the multi of your cpu and increase the fsb to compensate for the lower multi - higher fsb = higher bandwidth. So say you have 1600 (400mhz quad pumped) then raise it to 1800mhz (450 quad pumped) which will give your DDR2 speed as 900mhz. .
You can also have a play around with dividers and FSB strap settings if your board has them to achieve a higher memory overclock but without knowing your motherboard its hard to say whether this is feasable.
