Need help - AC'97 + HDA Connections

Hi,

I'm currently building an AMD system.

I'm using an Antec 300 case, and there are AC'97 and HDA connections where I'm not sure go on my motherboad (Gigabyte GA 880G).

hi there, you should only 1 use of them.....either hd audio or ac97....not both....

ill have a quick look on a sec at the gigabyte site....

Plug the HDA connector onto the green header that is just behind the back panel audio jacks.

and yes do not connect the AC97 one.

yea bang on post above....just looked....leave the ac97 unplugged.....
