I am looking to design a database to use at work. At the moment, I am currently using a bog standard excel spreadsheet. Users will come to me, ask to borrow a device, and when they will be bringing it back, in this case, laptops. I make a note of the name of the laptop, who borrowed it, when taken and when bringing back. I want to create some sort of database which will have a list of all the spare laptops in, and then I go to a page where I type their name, select the laptop from our stock, select a date when being returned, and it takes it out of the available laptop stock. I then wanted another 2 pages which 1) shows which we still have available and 2) shows which are currently lent out.
