need help/advise in picking memory

ive decided to build myself a gaming machine, so far ive ordered these parts:

mobo: ASUS SKT-AM2 M2N32-SLI DELUXE W/L S/L 2000MT/s

graphics: 256MB XFX 7600GT XXX, PCI-E

cpu: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Windsor 2.2GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 Dual Core Processor

i was looking at these memory brands but im unsure about what to order, something for gaming, and maybe abit of overclocking. just need help from choosing from 1 of these 3 that are in my budget

OCZ 1GB (2 x 512MB) PC2-6400 Dual Channel Special Ops XTC Series DDR2

or

Corsair 1GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 TwinX (2x512MB)

or

GeIL 1GB (2x512MB) PC6400 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit

hopefully the mobo and graphics card ive ordered will do what i want

could any1 recommend a cpu cooler for my setup, i have a 450watt psu, i believe that will be fine, i dont want to use the stock cpu cooler, any ideas? thanks
