Need help asap with itunes

Buisness ipad.

Ipad had pdfs on it.

I deleted them from ipad, reuploaded new pdfs in itunes, go to synch the ipad and it tells me as this ipad is synched with another itunes libary it will do a wipe before synching.

Now this is someone elses ipad. I am synjching on a different pc.

Will it wipe the ipad? I am stressed for time.

God i hate itunes!!

Yes it will wipe it, just email the pdfs to yourself on the ipad then save them to ibooks
