Need help backup up STEAM saves?

I am going to be reinstalling my operating system and I would like to backup my save games for STEAM.

I have found some of the save files in the documents folder, but some I haven't.

I have looked in the steamapps, but can't seem to find what I am looking for.

The games I am looking to backup are:

1. Black ops
2. Tomb Raider GOL

Look no further than GameSave manager - a program that enables backing up save games whether steam or other.

Both games use Steam cloud, no need to save anything

Delete everything from your HDD, reinstall windows, reinstall Steam and enjoy.

But for everything that doesn't use Steam Cloud, GSM is a life saver.
