Just transferred my pc bits from a thermaltake tower for the antec 1200, all went in fine, i do have a big problem now though. i have a modular coolermaster ATX M700 real power power supply , after fitting all the parts ive realised the fans inside the antec case wont fit into the connectors on my psu, they are the same!!! Is there anything i can do other than to change the psu which i really dont want to do.

ok right, the ones on the antec are black with round in between , not sure of the name, and the psu connectors are exactly the same? atx is it. i cant belive this to be honest, i could get some splitters but need to make sure i get right ones. The psu box says the name of the connection is PERIPHERAL, that theconnection on both ends, so i need splitters for that do it, where can i get them.

Do you mean the male molex wont fit in the female molex connector or the cables arent long enough ?
The way molex connectors are manufactured means they can sometimes be pretty mis-shaped, especially on cheaper PSUs. More force usually does the trick for me.

No mate, both connectors are the same, all the connectors from the psu and all the connectors from the fans are the ones without the pins showing, so its not possible to fit them into each other. There must be something i can do.

I have the same case and PSU as you and mine fit in fine. You're aware that you can plug the connector in to the back of the fan connector right? They have both male and female slots.

The connector is called a "molex connector"
