Need help, black screen during BIOS/Windows loading

I re-installed Windows yesterday (they somehow got corrupted while I was OCing my CPU), installed updates etc, all good so far. Did several restarts yesterday with no problems. I turn on the PC today and my monitor is black during BIOS/Windows loading and only turns on when I am at the desktop. I can access the BIOS if I spam delete, but it takes like 10 seconds to show up on screen.

BIOS settings are default, did a couple BIOS resets too, no luck :(. Also installed different graphics drivers.

Any ideas?

Tried onboard graphics, didn't work. Got a weird error too, something about PC couldn't recover from Hibernation.

Edit- Got the error again, PC can't come out of Hibernation mode, something like that. I hit enter and Win boots fine, hibernation is disabled though...

Well, if I turn off the monitor while I am into Windows, it takes like 30 seconds to open. Can this be a monitor problem? It was working fine until yesterday, had it for more than 2 years with no problems.

That does sound like a monitor problem. Easy way to find out, plug another one in or a TV in and see. If you can plug both in at once, even better!

Yeah, it would suck if my 1 week old board had issues. I upgraded everything last week so the timing of this issue had me worried. Oh well, it's all good now, back to OCing :p
