Need help building a PC

Hi my budget will be £400~ give or take. This computer will be used for gaming, movies etc.

Would be awesome if someone could put one together for me

Do you have any components from an existing PC you could reuse. Sata hdd/odd, decent Psu, etc,. Do you have an OS?
What sort of games are you looking to play and at what resolution?

This is for my friend, I have already said that I will let him use my gts450

For 400 pound he can't really play top end games but generally games that don't require the best parts.
