Need help building PC £700-800

Hey guys!

Really big noob when it comes to PC parts and the latest technology. I wanna build a PC for around £700-800, mainly to play CS:GO(the game i only really play), but i'd like it to play other games on the side such as H1Z1, Arma 3 GTA ect - Would also be cool if the pc could stream
