Need Help choosing a Case!

I would go for a scout or HAF or even the silver stone fortress all good case

Would adding a fan controller and extra fans help? I don't want to do anything too special, as this is my first build and it will be the first time doing any of this. Also, is there anywhere I can by a windowed (Or mesh) side panel that includes a fan?

Side fan didn't give HAF any load temp advantage over 1200 in this test... But then, with single slot cards it just crams air into place from where it can't get easily away and two slot exhausting cards again push most of their heat out from the case drawing air in from elsewhere preventing piling up of heat in there.
After keeping ambient temperature low inside the case only thing helping would be making airflow over that area. (still that wouldn't help to GPU temp but more to other components)
That clumsy looking external box is CM's try for that when Lian Li patented internal solution for creating heat exhausting airflow over expansion card area.
