Need Help Choosing a Laptop

I've no idea what makes a good laptop, but the one i'm after all it really needs is to be able to run MSN, Internet explorer and that's basically it.

I'm maxed out at around 200-300£

Any help would be appreciated, cheers

Will be hard to find one new for that.

Check around the MM for a "ACER 3003LC AMD Laptop".

Any thoughts on the The Inspiron 1501?

All it needs is MSN and browser

I wouldnt touch a DELL myself.

The above Acer has one going for £270 in MM.

Although, DELL i suppose are okay for general use.

The Acer definately offers more though.
