Hi

I'm looking to buy a IPS monitor preferably 23-24 inches, but can't decide on one. Will be used mostly for gaming. Not to fussed about response time as I doubt I'm going to notice the difference between a 2ms and a 8ms response time.

Was looking at the Dell UltraSharp U2412M & the U2410M. What do you guys think? Are these monitors good for gaming or are there better ones out there?

Unless with gaming you mean console gaming and you hate a stretched image the u2412m is the better choice.

The u2410 can do 1:1 pixelmapping, the u2412m can't.

I meant PC gaming. What about the U2312HM, would that be something to consider over the other two monitors?

Sure, its very similar to its 24" brother, just an inch smaller and lacking 120 (times 1920) pixels in the vertical direction. It has sligthly less input lag and quite a bit cheaper so certainly an interesting option.
