Need help choosing gfx card

I'm in the process of moving my HTPC into a smaller case (at the moment a silverstone sg02 i'm thinking) and want to get a decent graphics card in there for gaming and 3d stuff. I will be running at 1920x1080. Can anyone recommend the best card for around £150 that would fit in this case? Not bothered if it's ATI or Nvidia, but the quieter the better as it will be in the living room.
