Its a 9800GTX+

It recommends:
-450 Watt or greater PSU with a minimum of 24 amps on the +12Volt rail

Two 6 pin PCI Express power connectors or four available hard disk power connectors
(note that my actual card has only one slot for the PCI-E power cable [see pic] so I understand that I need TWO available HD power connectors (by which they mean the 4 pin peripheral cable right?))

Question is:
Do I connect just one of these PCI-E power cables:

Or do I use the adapter they provided and connect two of these 4 pin peripheral:

Even easier explanation:
PSU I bought has these specs

Which one?

Thanks in advance! (Ive never had a card that needs any power other than from the mobo - dont want to screw this up)

Number 3, you don't need to use the 4x Pin to 6x Pin adapter that came with the card, as your PSU already has the 6x Pin, the adapters only for those who's PSU's don't. :)
