I bought a £20 pair of bluetooth headphones on Amazon (Psyc Wave X1s) and they developed a fault within a day so went straight back. Cheap pair, I know, but when they worked the sound was actually rather good and they were comfy, loud, and there was little to no sound bleeding.

However, not prepared to take the gamble on a second pair now as build quality is clearly lacking.

I don't want to break the bank but looking to spend 50-100 on an alternative pair (or less if possible) from my local Currys in morning.

Any thoughts based on what is available on their site?

I just want a solid pair of bluetooth over ear headphones ideally. Ones that sound good, are loud, and don't bleed noise.

So I ended up buying a pair of Sony on-ear MDR-XB650BTs for £79.99. Lots of good user reviews online and an impressive 30hr battery life swayed me.

So far, so good. Quite bass heavy but I knew that going in. Set the equaliser in Spotify to less bass and more treble to offset this a bit and am quite happy. Asked someone to check for sound bleed too and they reported it was silent or at worst very quiet if next to me on loud volumes. Only thing I don't like is that they don't fold up.. the speakers just swivel. Not a big deal though.

So didn't manage to check for gaming as PS4 doesn't support Bluetooth headphones which I didn't realise! I don't have Bluetooth on my PC so can't check. I don't think they are really meant for gaming myself though.
