I've put a new build together but for some reason my SSD won't appear on my boot device order. I've installed Windows 7 64bit and it boots straight away with the Windows disc in the drive, but without my SSD seems to be invisible. It has all been connected properly etc but it won't appear?

And then sometimes the PC won't boot, it just tells me that my CPU temperatures are too high and stays on that screen,

Anyone know of anyway I can sort this? I am waiting for my new cooler to arrive, but what about the bios settings?

Cheers, Gary.

Is this done in BIOS? I haven't read much about the SSD, it has booted up now and appeared on the BIOS boot order, so hopefully that's okay now :D

Some grim news atm though, my i7 920 stock is running at 70+ celcius without running anything :/ That can't be good!
