Need help finding brake disc size

hey guys

I have a 2003 VW polo 1.2 12v 3dr Twist and i cant find the right size discs for my car.

I know i can just take the wheel off and measure but its tipping with rain at the minute

Looked on a few websites and everywheres coming back with about 7 different sizes even if i give my reg.

any ideas on where i could find out? Really stupid question i know

Does it have discs or drums on the rear? Looking on a website it comes up with 2 sizes, and the difference i can see is whether it has discs or drums on the rear.

From what I can tell it is these discs here. Though the best way is to give it a quick measure.

buypartsby.co.uk sell the discs for £11.46+vat for 1 set

Now for pads, i take it any pads that match my car reg should fit?
