Need help finding this movie

Basically it's an old one, was really tense. All I can remember is some guys have an RVC and they drive it into the city but it breaks down or something and they get stuck in the city running from killers. Think there is a scene in a fast food place too like a fight.

haha, i did a similar thing not that long ago. just typed in "Emilio Estevez camper van" which i wasn't that comfortable having on my search records, but the ends justified the means and i found it. not as good as i remembered, but still pretty funny. i like the concept more than anything else: annoying dudes being hunted in a weird part of a town by psychopaths.
