Need help finding USB to Serial driver

I have an old USB-Serial adapter that I want to use.

Its an Alcor 9720 as far as I know - it's a bright green-blue colour with silvery cable. If you ebay "USB serial" then you will see what it looks like.

I have googled but all I get are the silly DriversGuide websites.

if your on win7, run full updates and then check under optional, usualy I find usb 2 serial or misc drivers found in that section it may not have the right company/brand but it will always say usb/serial or something similar.

99% of the USB to serial adaptors I've encountered use a chip by a company called Prolific, 2303 IIRC.

Try their website for a generic driver : http://www.prolific.com.tw

Edit: Tried that earlier magicboy but seems mine is in the 1% that isnt, hah.
