need help from a graphic genious

hi, ive got a picture that i want to print onto a tshirt/hoody
but the only image i can find is very pixalated !!

could someone help me and sharpen it all.

You need someone to re-draw that in Adobe Illustrator because all the sharpening in the world wouldn't sort that out lol
