Need Help From Memory Experts

i have Recently just got back into pc's and have built up a rig that i have now overclocked please can you have alook of my memory settings to see if there ok?

Am i seeing the full 6gb ass its showing 4011 free?
can i improve on my settings and what affect will it have?

Can any one tell me (im a ram novice by the way) if my ram is running fast enough as i have just got a stable overclock on my cpu with lowest voltages i could and i now want to sort my ram out and run it near its rated speed of 1600 can any one help out?

a very helpfull guy over @oc.net gave some advice not to increse the speed of the memory but to tighten my timmings which i have done to 7-8-7-20 1t
