Freeze a can of shaving foam.
Once frozen, saw it in half.
Now place each half in a different drawer... once they defrost, they will expand like normal shaving foam.

1 can is enough for a car, so, saw the can into 4 bits and find more drawers tbh.

Another one would be to call the police when hes about to set off home and say you saw a guy with a gun, not only will have brown trousers when armed police surround his car, he will more than likely spend the night in the cells for questioning
put some cress seeds in his keyboard
This one defiantly, comes across as good and light hearted and doesn't cause much if any damage (just a few quid but they probably have quite a few spare keyboards.)
Edit, maybe do it in a key board identical to his, let them grow to that stage then switch them.

I thought id play a prank on some guy at work by superglueing the lid to his bottle of pepsi max, howver the glue didnt set as the bottle was wet, the glue set pretty quickly to his lips though once he'd unscrewed the lid!! he then pretended to pass out and i panicked for a few seconds!!)
Put something over the laser under his mouse.
Rearrange the keys on his keyboard to spell out amusing phrases/names (possibly glue them in place too for added affect?)

It'll expand OK, but only by around 800% or so! One can of frozen shaving foam will not expand enough to fill a car, a desk drawer maybe but definitely not a car.

throw in half a dozen as long as it fills foot wells, and up too seats its all golden.
Approach HR. Tell them you're being bullied, and that you want to leave the company.
this is the way to go.
Or... take a screen grab of his desktop, move all his icons to a safe area, then apply the screen grab as his wallpaper.
