Hey basically ive been banned from somthing ( not going to say what ! :X ) anyways, Can someone explain or a tutorial how to change my hardware ID

This is what i get when i try and load the ' thing ' i guess it could be my grapic card id, harddrive or i dont know! ;x
I'm not very good with pc's so any help would be greatfull ty
