NEED HELP!! How to turn down speed of a fan

I have a gigabyte z97p-d3 and a bequiet shadow wings 120mm fan plugged into system fan 3 because all the others are filled but I need to turn it down.

Tried changing it in the BIOS? I am unfamiliar with the mobo but sure someone will be along that is familiar with it.

I have download speed fan and can't control that fan and I can't see anything in the bios

Then I guess buy a fan controller if your case will fit one. Or a 7v adapter:
