I have a Neonzilla gaming casing that had to be disassembled to get my hand to reach properly to press the release switch to remove the graphic cards because it got bricked by an update. It's an Asus GTX 1660 Ti 6G FUT EVO gaming card. I had accidentally erased the graphics card of the VBIOS file by trying to identify the chip model to find what file needed to be reflashed. I assumed 'auto' meant 'auto-detect', but it was 'erase and write', so I brought a new card of the same model to replace it, but I don't know how to reassemble the casing, which different screw goes where, or if the cables are in the right place.

reassemble the casing parts, not the interior components parts. Eg.such as panel, corners joints, usb adapters into casing, cables on correct port, etc.

There is no manual or guidebook that I can find for reassembling neonzilla casing but for motherboard that different story as it's has complex instructions explaining things

If you dont know how things come apart
Or go back together
You should always photograph or video
What you're doing

You'll be extremely lucky
If you find someone in here who has disassembled
One of those cases

It shouldn't be too hard to put back together
Bit like building flat pack furniture
Without the instruction sheet
Things can only go in certain places you just need
To be logical about it

Failing that buy a cheap pc case
Then transfer everything into that case

Your only other option is finding a forum member
Who is near you that's good with this sort of stuff
Who could help you out

Your right to point that out. I Had taken some photos before disassembling it just it mostly pop riverts metals had drill out to get position to get hand reach into pc casing. I had now noticed a better alternatives to pop rivet that need put/remove and has good structural weight strength to hold the metal pc frame panels. What type of fasterners do i use than pop rivert is it some type of automotive plastic push-in riverts clips.. The holes are unthreaded it either be clip or machine screw with washer/bolts .what be needed size for fasterns, could it be 6-32

Yes 6-32 unc is a common size used
In pc
Though m3 are also used
Both those sizes fit watercooling radiators for example
Typically not all manufacturers chose a single specification

Yes car parts could be used
I have used car parts before for my watercooling
Ideally you want a local car factor shop
Rather than somewhere like Halfords
Those local factors tend to know their stuff more than
Some salesman in Halfords etc
And if they dont have what you need in stock
My local car factors just phone europarts
And the parts delivered in an hour or two

Theres hundreds of different types of fasteners
But yes something like push in nuts
Push in threaded inserts
Self tapping screws may do the job
A blind / pop rivet might also work

You didn't drill the rivets with all components still in the case did you?

If you did, be very careful when turning the PC on again as bits of metal could have gone anywhere.

Eh? Why did you remove rivets?

To swap a graphics card on that case, it's open side and likely lift off hinges, then probably 2 screws to remove from the PCI-E backplates (assuming double slot card), and maybe 1 other screw if there is a PCI-E retaining cover.
