need help in chossing a GPU

My pc specs are

Asrock Conroe1333-D667
intel core 2 dou E6550
current ram 2gb going 2 swap for 2 x Patriot Signature 2GB DDR2 6400C5 (800MHz)
current GPU Nvidia geforce 7300SE
current PSU 450W going to swap for a Corsair TX 650W
 
I think in this case you wanan go for the extras you get, better cooler = higher max over clock ( before the card over heats or blows your ear drums ) :p
