Need help installing bf3

Hey guys,

so i caved in and purchased bf3 yesterday on origins when it was on offer. Anyway im tryinging to run the game now but whenever i do it's giving me an error saying the game could not be found with this account and im left with 3 options.

1) enter product key
2) sign in with different account
3) buy this game

Now when i try going for the first option im left to wait for a bit but then met with the message saying 'we've noticed your computer is currently offline, please go online to activate'. However the strange thing is that i am online :confused:

I would talk to an EA rep but the waiting time atm is 80 mins and that's just too long

So any help? Thanks

Yup to all 3, i also reinstalled origins

I got the serial for the game in a email and these are the screen shots im presented with.

Thats strange, when i try look at order history on the website nothing comes back but i still got the email confirming the purchase.

Blargh, been on chat for almost 2 hours and they can't fix the issue yet. Least i got a code for 20% off.

Arhh this is taking the royal ****, had this game for what...3 days now and still can't play. Downloaded a new copy with that given code and im still getting the same problem. If they can't fix it by today im going to demand a refund.
