Need help (Internet related kinda)

Can't you work it out yourself? 8 bits to a byte, 1024 bytes to a megabyte.

(1024 x 8) / 512 =

^^ being 512k ADSL not allowing for loss, latency, tcp/ip overheads

I know but i'm feeling paticularly lazy and was hoping on the off chance someone knew where there was a table handy lol :\

Gahh i'll just do it myself.
