need help - k750i updating

hi i want to update the firmware/software on my k750i but i dont have the usb cable... can i not send the files via bluetooth or put the update on the memory stick and do it that way?

is there anyway to update the phone with usb cables??

i found my usb cable just need the software etc. can anyone help? also do you loose your address book when upddating?
