Need help knowing if there is room for 2nd hard drive and can my gpu be upgraded

Hi I bought a Inspiron 15R AKA N5010 the other day, does anyone know if it supports 2 hard drivers and whether I can upgrade the graphic card or not. I can't open it as I have no tools.

Anyone know? I did managed to open one of the hatchets at the back but only was greeted by ram

simple answer is no and no.
it has 1 hdd bay and gfx are soldered to mobo
