Hi guys

I want to get a custom built pc, I have looked around myself but just wanted some better advice on what components I should get as I have not done this before. I would like to build it myself. I can spend about 800-1000. And for it to play rome 2 on full settings. Thanks for any help

The OS is missing but I would suggest you try the Windows 8 evaluation, you can use that for 3 months free. Should you hate windows 8 you can buy 7 in the new year no harm done.

The OEM CPU has a shorter warranty and no stock heatsink but the mobo I've used gives you a decent one free. As the case has a lovely side window panel I've done my best to keep the internals colour coded, alas the heatsink has a red fan but that can be changed later cheap enough, you can even run dual fans on it should you choose to.

Best of luck with the build, we look forward to seeing what you settle on in the end. Once we know exactly what you need you'll see suggestions come thick and fast :)

So that would be everything needed to go in the tower unit ? Would you suggest getting any additional cooling systems? And filters as such to deal with dust? I say this because I have been told this can be an issue ?
