need help locating Fallout 3 Goty steam save

backed up all my non cloud save games but cannot find the fallout 3 saves anywhere using win 7 64bit if that helps.

My Documents/< game/developer name> and My Documents/My Games/<game/developer name>

FO3 is My Docs/My Games/Fallout 3/saves(/<Windows Live username>)
