Can anyone help me to log into Windows 10 please?

Up until this morning I've always booted up and it's never asked for a username and password.
Today is asking for a password before I get to the desktop.
I can't even remember setting a username and password.

Is there a way of bypassing this or I have lost all my data, because I'll need to wipe my system?

The info on the screen says:
Other user
Please enter a username and password.

Then on the next screen, I see Sign-in options, either local/domain or Microsoft account.
I didn't set up my Microsoft details when I installed Win10.

Thank you.

Either way, you won't have lost the data.

Create a live Linux disc (ie, Linux Mint), boot from that and copy your files.

Someone will reccomend a tool to reset your password, it's been so long since I've used one. I believe OPHCrack works well for recovering simple passwords.

Thank you both for the help.

When I click local account it prompts for a username and password, which I've not set.

I forgot to mention I've encrypted the drive with Vercrypt, but I obviously know that password.
