Hi and welcome.

So is it a pre-built system you are after rather than a diy assemble yourself one?

As for the stats etc, what is it you are wanting this system for? What game titles etc, what resolution monitor do you have, do you also need an operating system included.

You're in luck to have come here as if you've gone to some other places asking for a 3.9Ghz CPU and a 4GB GPU, you may have been sold an OC'd Pentium/some budget AMD chip and a GTX 730 4GB or something like that. CPU frequency and GPU memory are just a part of what determines their performance, you need the actual platform to be of a good category too. e.g. Some lower frequency CPUs outperform higher frequency ones, sometimes by a lot. Also, you're in very good hands with Stulid.

either which ever would best /cheapest for the quality as for games i play a lot of diffrent kinds i want to be able to run mmos with a descent fps and just be able to run games like fallout 4 without it crashing and other such as games (sorry not really much info as im an alrounder) yes i would need a operating system (windows 10 and that right ? ) as for res im not too sure but im looking at getting a new monitor as mines too big.

Assembling yourself will almost always work out much cheaper. As long as you are not scared to try it. So many guides online and even if you are stuck just ask on here and someone will help.

If you are ok with gaming @ 1080p you could save a few quid on your graphics card and good monitors at that resolution don't cost too much either. If you want 1440p, which is kind of the new standard into next year afaik, you'll need to spend a bit more.
<£1k will get you a pretty good system though for 1080p gaming.
