Need help.. new mobo not working

Ok heres the story.. i had a P5K green mobo that i was overclocking and one of the mosfets blew up in a flash! (vcore mosfet)

Now i replaced the mobo with a p5k premium wifi and when i push the power button nothing happens? LED's on the fans flash if im lucky but no boot, fans dont start etc.

any ideas? hope i didnt kill the CPU aswell?

ok ive tested PSU, CPU and RAM in another pc.. all working fine.

I can now get the pc to start up WITHOUT 8-pin EATX power connected but obviously it dosnt boot.

As soon as its connected the pc wont do anything?

Ive even tested the 8pin EATX with a fan on each pin to be sure its not the power supply.

any ideas?
