NEED HELP, NOW!!! please

Have you tried overclocking it? If so, the first thing that you should do is clearing the CMOS. It will tell you how to in your motherboard's instructions. In fact, I'd clear the CMOS whether you have overclocked it or not.

i did clear cmos, im currently trying to test ram but when i remove all the sticks expect 1 the screen doesnt come up, and i dont know how to reset bios, i have a clear cmos button on my motherboard ive pressed it a couple of time yet nothing happened

Clearing the CMOS will reset your BIOS. If the CMOS reset button isn't working, remove the CMOS battery for 10 mins or so - this should clear it.

What do you mean by saying that "the screen doesn't come up"? Does the PC start? Is there any noise? Do the fans go? Does anything come up on screen? What is it that you expect to come up that does not?
