need help oc

i have overclocked gigabyte z68xp-ud3 i5 2500k ,

passes prime,passes intel burn test on very high but fails intel bt on max
but not because of temp very low 70c,
vcore 1.310
qpi/vtt 1.150
cpu pll 1.800
LLC LVL 6
1.65V DRAM

ENABLED c13..c3/c6..eist..intel thermal moniter

btw my ram is corsair 1600 1.65v ???
