Need Help on How to Do This Navbar Feature
Hi all, I need some advice. I have been messing around with Bootstrap and decided to give my site a facelift and move it from Word Press. I am just messing around at the moment with stuff and I am trying to figure out how to achieve the effect on the nav bar at the following site:
http://www.montere.it/?lang=en
At the moment I got my navbar as fixed to top, but I would like to put it under my site header and when people scroll down the navbar appears like on the site. I have look at the site in Google dev tools and I can't figure it out.
I see it is a collapsing navbar, but the code that is defined in the CSS seem the same for both navbars to me, but then I am just a novice. Any help would be appreciated on the code needed.
