Need help on the QPAD MK85 Keyboard

Im looking at getting the QPAD MK85 keyboard, but would like to know about its programmable keys.

It says,

Does that mean I can change for instance the 'G' key to say the 'N' Key just for example.


Im a big gamer and looking to upgrade from my standard keyboard to a mechanical.
