NEED HELP ON THIS MONITOR

Okay, so i need a new monitor. I will be connecting my computer (Vga) and my virgin media cable box(scart). It needs to be under 20" and widescreen. Also the budget is £200. A remote control would be handy also. Which monitor from ocUK if any has all this. I have seen http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-049-HY
Problem is, what does "analogue input" mean.

analogue input = anologue interface, aka VGA / D-Sub 15. My friends bro has that monitor, it looks very nice.
