Need Help Overclocking E6300

Right, went out and brought a E6300 along with a Gigabyte GA965P S3 Board and as I'm new to overclocking conroe I would like some help and guidance on overclocking it.

My current ram is - G.Skill 2GB DDR2 LA PC2-5400 (2x1GB) and I'm using a Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro to cool things.

I think you may need to read more, there is about 1000 similar posts here!

I have mate, I've gone through many threads and thought someone would be kind enough to give a few pointers here, which obviously they haven't.
