need help overclocking ram

I have 5 gb ddr2 667, a 2gb stick and 3 1 gb sticks. my current timings according to cpuz is 5,5,15,21 and 2t. running at 345 mhz.

Is it wise to use the 5 gb or should i just use 2 using the double speed thing? Pretty confused with this.

Depends on how much memory you actually use.

If you often use up over 4gb then keep the 5gb in.

If you don't use more than 4gb, then put the 2gb stick in one channel and two 1gb sticks in the other channel so that they run in dual-channel.

I can run the 2 1gb and 1 2gb in dual channel? I have the 2 1 gb in 2 slots (yellow on my board) and the 2gb stick in the other (the black slots on my board) but this doesnt allow it to run in dual channel. Any ideas?
