Fast route ... if you're lucky

Leave everything as default and try this first

Bus speed at 400Mhz
Multiplier at x8

That should get you to 3200Mhz no problems

Then change the multiplier to x9 and increase the voltage to 1.4 ... 1.5 max. That might get you to 3600Mhz

i cant seem to find "bus speed" :|

FSB Clock (MHz) [1066] is the true FSB (266) x 4. Increasing that in steps of 4Mhz will up the FSB 1MHz.

Decrease Memory Clock (MHz) to the next setting (presumably 667MHz) so that your RAM stays in spec whilst you increase the CPU clock speed.

Other than that follow the clocking guide and take it slowly testing stability as you go.

Not sure what's going on with the CPU Voltage (V), set it to 1.3 and that should do as a starting point.

I didnt realise the AC Freezer pro had thermal paste pre-applied. I just fitted mine on Friday and piled a load of new Arctic Silver on my CPU. Will this be detremental in anyway?

did you not clean of the paste on bottom of the ac freezer pro first ? should have had some silver paste in perfect square on it coverred by clear plastic cap that you pull off
