NEED HELP Pc freezing up and squares on screen?

Hey guys

Made a new thread as i cant get my pc guy for 2 weeks so ive had this problem where my pc freezes after a few miutes of games everytime and rarely on normal pc stuff. had this problem for the past month but today i turn on my pc and the bit where i enter my password on windows had squares dotted about the screen ? am i right in thinking gpu? any ideas?

Specs
Amd Fx4100 @ 4.15ghz with corsair A50 cooler
8gb corsair low profile ram
Msi twin frozer 7950
All in a zalman z11 with 4 case fans so i dont think cooling is the issue?

1st try a small bump in gfx memory voltage
2nd run memtest off a usb stick http://www.memtest.org/download/4.20/memtest86+-4.20.usb.installer.zip

What are load temps cpu and gpu??
What psu do you have?

OK im not sure how to do that how would i test my load temps ? cause i cant play games without it freezing ? My psu is a corsair 650

try voltage bump first then, use afterburner
