All,

Where can I get support for a machine built by the team of Overclockers? I cannot reach the support on the phone and I am really blocked, I want if needed to ship the hardware back for troubleshoot.

Without any change of the system, nor any move of it; the PC has suddently started to stop working properly.

On power ON, the system starts to run the fans and apparently power ON the motherboard etc. but then immediately stops after 5 or 6s second and tries to restart but stops in the same way. Unless I push the complete power to OFF, it will carry on for ever.

This is before anything is displayed to the screen, as if it was either a power shortage or a false contact somewhere.

I checked every component and everything is plugged correctly.

I unplugged one disk (power and cable), then the other one (two disk in Raid), thinking that would reduce the need of power but that did not change anything.
Actually even if the 2 disks are unplugged the same problem occurs.

So I believe there must be a component faulty that prevents the starts, this seems to be related to electric power like a protection fuse

I cannot do anything and really need the pc to work, any input is very welcome!!!

Regards
Raphael

post in the customer service forum towards bottom of page, try sending a webnote, keep trying phone, you should be able to speak to someone if you persist. Could try diagnosing but if you bought it from them its best to just let them sort it

cheers, well I have tried so many times to call... my webnote was responded by post in this forum!
Even if I have to pay I am ok, I just want the stuff fixed, very bad customer service so far!

Note I tried again to check all connections, dust the tower and motherboard, exactly the same. The mother board has a red light, a digital display shows 01 and then 99 and then goes down to 83 when starting to boot and down.
The 3 fans (motherboard, cpu and second mother board) starts and 2s after everything stops... really annoying
