Need Help!! (Photoshop/PSP related)

Can some one help me out please.

I need a few things cut out of different images and reduced in size, with some to be rotated around so they point upwards. I need them saved in .png format. They are to be used as sprites in a game i'm making in java. Don't if this can be done?

If anyone can help me add me on msn and i will send you the files.
