Don't want to sound nasty but the best help i could give you is remove the competitor link as you'll end up getting banned.

I would go with the EVGA but hold out till the revision 2 board is readlly available.

Hi there,

1st of all I would remove the link to another competitor, its against the rules of the forums, they dont like competition.

I would go with the Evga as well, but to be honest I would save some £100 & buy a 650i motherboard if your intending on Sli . . . .

Sorry about that i couldent find that mobo on there....Do you mean add another £100 on top of what am already gona pay to make it £280

Sorry for being a pain what would be the benifits or the loses for getting one of these as there so much cheaper than what i have been looking at and advised to get in other words the pros and cons

You could use the £100 saved to buy a more powerfull CPU or upgrade something else (WCing maybe).
Ive got a P5N-E sli and e6300 and by adding a fan blowing over the NB, A 5 second swipe with a pencil (to cure potential Vdroop) and reading a few posts i have got a CPU/MOBO combo costing less than £200 running at 3.3ghz (swiftech WCing kit).

Hi there.

The 650i mobo's only come with dual 8x PCI-E lanes, so if your going with top end cards eg: 8800 GTS/GTX for SLI they will still work at 8x but you wont get full bandwidth.

Its just a thought :)

Earlier today I saw a comparison in terms of performance of 650i & 680i & they were virtually the same in every test including gaming.
