Need help picking ram for ryzen

You may end up setting DOCP and then knocking down the RAM to 3200Mhz, 3000MHz or even slightly less depending on your particular CPU. It's good RAM though; my 3600MHz sticks run at 4133MHz (on Intel) no drama. There are some very knowledgeable Ryzen folks on here so someone will no doubt give you some proper advice soon.

Yeah I know ryzen likes Samsung b dye + faster ram helps ryzen a lot.

If the ram doesn't work at or at least near rated speeds I'll probably return it.

Try that kit first since you can return it if it fails to work. It should run at 3466 with tight timings like Cl14. Another option would be the G.Skill FlareX 3200 Cl14, which I have and runs without drama at 3200 using DOCP (XMP) on an Asus X470. I've benched it up to 3533MHz.
